Ms. Angel (Yingjun) Wang is the Managing Partner of LongAn Law Firm, Nantong Office. Ms. Wang was admitted to Chinese Bar Association and New York Bar Association. She graduated from Tsinghua University School of Economics &Management with IMBA degree, and Oklahoma City University School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree. Ms. Wang has professional knowledge of economics, management, and law. The combination of these three kinds of knowledge is very helpful in her practice. She is adept at understanding client needs, thinking for the client benefit and solving problems effectively. During the four years of her study in the U.S., Ms. Wang became familiar with American procedure of litigation and arbitration. Her main practice area focuses on international litigation and arbitration, merger and acquisition, and consulting service for Chinese companies investing overseas. Ms. Wang is also very active in participating in international legal conferences and seminars. She has established close cooperation with lawyers and law firms in other countries so that she can work with these lawyers when her clients need legal support in these countries.
